Welcome

      The City of Wickliffe, Ohio encompasses 4.68 square miles. We are located 12 miles east of downtown Cleveland, and have a population of 13,484 people (2000 census). The fire station is 1.75 miles from Lake Erie.

      The Fire Department is staffed around the clock with a combination of both full and part-time employees. With a total of 19 full-time fire fighters and 17 part-time fire fighters, we provide Advanced Cardiac Life Support (paramedic) service; fire suppression, prevention, and investigation; hazardous materials mitigation; and other vital community services.

      We are committed to helping the residents of Wickliffe and the surrounding communities with professional, quality service.
